I'm having trouble applying my strips
Getting the placement right takes practice, so if it doesn't come out perfect on your first try, don't worry – that's completely normal. I can feel them on when I blink
If you notice the strips when you blink, it's likely they weren't applied correctly. Gently remove the strip, taking care not to damage the corners, and try applying it again. Make sure to place the strip at the right height on your eyelid and on a smooth area for the best fit.
The strips keep folding over with my eyelid
This is usually because the strips are not being applied to a smooth area on your eyelid. In order to create a smooth surface, we recommend closing your eye and raising your eyebrow. You can also use your other hand to pull excess skin out of the way if necessary.
Eye Reanew Strips™ have not changed my hooded eyelids
If you don't see a change in appearance, the strips might not be applied correctly. Experiment with positioning them higher or lower on your eyelid until you achieve the desired effect.
I can see them with make-up on.
We recommend light makeup when using Eye Reanew Strips™. Although the strips are clear, heavy makeup might make them slightly more noticeable when your eyes are closed. However, even with thicker makeup, they'll remain quite discreet and hard to spot.
They don't blend in with my skin tone
If your Eye Reanew Strips™ don't seem to match your skin tone, it's often a sign they weren't applied properly. Make sure to apply the strips to a smooth area and check that they're not creased or damaged. Although they might not be completely invisible, when applied correctly, they should blend well with your skin tone and be very subtle.
They keep falling off
If your Eye Reanew Strips™ are falling off, it's likely they weren't applied properly. Make sure your eyelid is clean and dry before applying. Additionally, ensure you're placing the strips on a smooth part of your eyelid for the best adhesion.
They have made my eyes look worse
If your Eye Reanew Strips™ aren't enhancing your appearance, they may have been applied incorrectly. Be careful not to place the strips too high or too low on your eyelid, and ensure they're applied to a smooth area for the best results.
The corners keep peeling off
If the corners of your Eye Reanew Strips™ start peeling off, it might be because they're getting damaged when you remove them from the sheet. Please be gentle and careful during this process to avoid any damage.
I've wasted a lot of strips practising placement
To save strips while you're practicing how to place them, we suggest reusing a single strip until you feel confident with the placement.
